Spent New Year's with family. Great live music and fireworks at midnight. Kids enjoyed the games room and the pool. Beach access was convenient and fun family karaoke nights. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a bit outdated and could use some new linens. Food selection was limited for picky eaters and vegetarian options were scarce.

Everything was fine, as it has been for many years since I come to this hotel. This year there is a very pleasant and unobtrusive animation. Thanks!!!

There was nothing too much trouble, helpful stuff & marvellous location. There are rooms for everyone. Hotel is very close to tidy beach. A good choice for exploring Hurghada.

The hotel is ideally located right in the center of downtown, providing easy access to everything you need. It is conveniently situated next to a diving center, perfect for diving enthusiasts. there is a cheap supermarket nearby, making it convenient to stock up on necessities.

The staff in the Caribbean bar can sometimes be slow and have a poor level of English language skills.

The only good thing was the location as restaurants, bars and cafes were all within walking distance. Also the office manager who was very helpful, understood our needs about the problems with the rooms and assisted with moving us to a better room failing trying to speak to staff on reception. Our stay would have been worse had he not assisted.

Staff were very unfriendly on the Reception desk. Also unhelpful and not understanding of the needs of guests ie the first room we had smelt of vomit and when we asked to change rooms, the senior receptionist tried to reassure us the room was good and could not understand why we wanted to move. The entertainment was too loud despite being in a room with soundproof glass. We had to move rooms 3 times as the second room was dark and dreary and we were unable to sleep due to the loud sounds from the santa claus party that went on until the early hours. Breakfast was of a poor quality - croissants had an unusual taste and we witnessed a waiter putting a used tissue back onto a table!

The beach and the sea was very good. Also they have very good animation team.

The hotel is located in the city and you have a quick access to the city with shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very nice, amazing private beach, delicious buffet breakfast, spacious rooms, and affordable rates. The hotel is located right in the center of attraction everything is walking distance and the most important thing is that everything is absolutely clean! you can book all sorts of packages safaris and all at the hotel they simply come to you while sitting at the beach and offer you their rates and different packages just don't settle for the first price you get negotitate and they will discount the rate right away:) one more thing for the girls u should try the hair dresser at the hotel for a Rasta

The SPA was a bad experience, over priced useless massages u basically pay for nothing worst massage ever and the spa employee is a disaster he's primary job is to get more money out of you and he gives different prices to diff ppl, he offered me a discount and after i was done with my massage he gave me a different higher rate and made me pay for it! i received an apology from the other staff members at the SPA however this was very unprofessional and rude (stay away from the SPA)

Staff were wonderful, the resort is very well maintained and clean, and the location is excellent, although staff may go a little overboard with up-selling thier tours/servecis. Nonetheless I highly reccomend this beautiful property.

the weather, location

service was very bad, slow, no reaction from management when we asked them to fix the AC/hot water/shower head .. we stayed for 4 days without any of those items fixed

Location is excellent, hotel staff were freindly, clean, comfertable, very nice veiw, everything nearby in the hotel. it was little niosy and little problem with aircondition which was fixed. generally speaking, very good hotel for families.
